Finding the PN or VGN on your laptop

In order to give you an accurate quote for repairing your laptop, we'll need either the product number (PN), model number or the Sony VGN number in order to give you an accurate quote.

The images below show you exactly where to find the numbers we require:


Acer

For Acer laptop repairs we require the model number. This is given on the bottom of the laptop as shown on the right.		Acer Laptop model number

Dell

For Dell laptop repairs we require the service tag. This can be found on the bottom of the laptop as shown on the right.		Dell service tag

HP

For HP laptop repairs we require the P/N number. This is on the bottom of the laptop as shown on the right.		HP laptop P/N number

Packard Bell

For Packard Bell laptop repairs we require the p/n number. This is can be found on the bottom of the laptop as shown on the right.		Packard Bell P/N number

Toshiba

For Toshiba laptop repairs we require the model number. This is on the bottom of the laptop as shown on the right.		Toshiba model number

Sony Vaio

For Sony Vaio laptop repairs we require the VGN number. This is on the bottom left or right of the LCD screen as shown here.		Sony Vaio VGN number
