Repair Process
1.. Call 0161 888 1232 or Complete our Online Enqiry Form by Clicking Here.
2. Give us as much information as possible, eg Model, Screen Size, Serial No and a description of the fault.
3. We will then give you an estimate of how much it will cost to repair your laptop.
4. If you want to go ahead with the repair we will arrange collection of your laptop - all you need to do is ensure that it is securely packaged.
5. Upon receipt of your laptop we wil do a full inspection to diagnose the exact fault and call you with costs before going ahead with the repair.
6. If you accept our quotation, we will then proceed with the repair and inform you when complete.
7. Upon Completion we will ring you for payment which can be done by most major credit cards.
8. We will then return your laptop to you by next day delivery
COSTS
£75.00 Labour Costs including Diagnosis Fee
£20.00 Collection/Delivery - which includes insurance upto the value of £100.00 each way
£3.50 per additional £500.00 each way (Optional)
In the event we cannot fix your laptop only a Diagnosis Fee of £50.00 will apply plus Collection/Delivery Charges.
