Step 2 - Send us your laptop using our nationwide secure service After accepting our estimate, we will arrange for DPD to collect your laptop using the 'SwapIt' service. These specially designed boxes ensure that your machine is safe, secure and protected throughout its journey to our workshop. Plus, because the box has a special foam interior and closes on its own, you don't need to worry about packaging your laptop yourself.
NEW - We recently introduced a new SMS alert service an hour before pickup is due. If the time isn't convenient, you simply reply to the message and reschedule for another time. Step 3 - Diagnosis and repair Once we receive your laptop, we send you an SMS or an email letting you know the machine is safe. We then diagnose the problem and make sure it is as described. Once confirmed, you tell us whether you are happy for us to carry out the work. If you give us the green light, we get to work. If for any reason the problem is not solved or you feel it is beyond economical repair, you are only liable for the courier and labour fee. We also keep in touch with you throughout every stage of the repair process so there are no surprise delays or additional charges.
As well as fixing your problem, we also give your laptop a free valet, removing any dirt, dust or debris which has accumulated. Although simple, this can avoid future problems such as overheating, protecting vital parts such as the hard drive, motherboard and CPU. |  |

Step 4 - Returning your laptop We only ask for payment once the laptop is repaired and offer a range of secure payment methods including PayPal and Sage Pay Now. Visit our payment methods page for more information. When payment is received, we place the laptop back in the SwapItBox and arrange for delivery. |  |
