Problem: Power fault
I have used your company for two laptop repairs in the previous month. As a lifelong Associate Member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply I just had to write and tell you how good your staff are!
It is so rare today to find a business that "does what it says it will". I spoke to a man named Derek on both occasions and found him to be extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. Couriers arrived within 24 hours to collect the laptop and Derek phoned me with the estimate the same day that he received it. Parts were quickly ordered (I noticed these were genuine manufacturer parts and not generic ones), fitted and my laptop couriered back to me - all within a week.
What a perfect service, your communications were A1 and your value for money outstanding. I shall no doubt be using your services again, and will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else with repair needs!

Problem: Speakers crackling - smell of burning
We received our daughter's laptop back from yourselves today and you can imagine how relieved we are to have the unit back, having undergone testing for the malfunction and the subsequent repair.
Would you please pass on our 'Thanks' to the laptop department, who dealt with us professionally, empathised with our initial problem and telephone enquiry and eventually resolved our issue by replacing the DC Board (please also pass on our thanks to the engineer who carried out the work).

Problem: Unable to read hard drive
When we called HP Laptop Repair about a problem we had with a laptop they did their utmost to help and when the problem couldn't be solved over the phone they arranged for the machine to be sent up to them the next day. They kept us informed as to how much it was likely to cost us and, when it became clear that the hard drive couldn't be saved, they replaced it and sent the computer back straight away at the price they had quoted. Since then we've had no problems. HP Laptop Repair were friendly, fast and the price was very reasonable. If we have a problem in the future, it is good to know we can call a reliable company for advice.

I want to commend your company on the exceptional service i have received... I came to you initially, via bad service i had received from PC World, who I thought treated me really poorly. (This has since been noted on consumer programmes such has watchdog. there are others in the same boat as me, it seems).
